MSF A rescue organisation as at this morning Oct. 20, rescued a rubber boat from the Mediterranean sea. As gathered by the rescue team, majority of the 106 people on board were Nigerians, including the family(Betty, Edos, Kevin, Joseph & Ossamade) pictured below. Nigeria is not so bad? why would any parent or family risk such a deadly journey? these are all the questions that comes to mind... This is serious. One can understand many fleeing civil war in Syria or attacks by armed groups from South Sudan but Nigeria? Is this for economic reasons?, may be, may be not but one thing for sure, this family knows best!
There are now 106 people on board the #Argos. Including this family - Betty, Edos, Kevin, Joseph & Ossamade above according to MSF. Check out MSF twitter for more rescue stories.
